Our primary shipping method is USPS Ground Advantage, unless otherwise noted at checkout or in your order confirmation.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information through the email or phone number provided at checkout.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the package has been accepted by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers should contact USPS directly for delivery issues or missing package claims.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that cannot be shipped due to legal, carrier, or address restrictions.
